We Grow Teachers foster the pursuit of learning within students through communication, voice and choice, creativity, collaboration, and empowerment.

On the We Grow Team, we learn and grow as a team. We join English, math, science, and social studies curriculum together in projects to make all of the connections more visible to students. Teachers work together to bring projects to life and like to focus on improving our environment, helping our community, and learning as much as we can about all the people of the world. Students work individually, with partners, and/or in groups to produce products, communicate and collaborate with each other and others in our community to expand their knowledge, and present all they have learned to create awareness within our community and throughout the world.
