Library & Research
Brady Exploration High School’s library and FAB LAB serve as a hub for learning and exploration.
Room 129 is a space where students can access a wide range of resources, including books, e-books, audiobooks and digital databases. The space is staffed by a skilled librarian who is knowledgeable about the school's curriculum and can help students find resources that support their learning goals. In addition to providing access to resources, the library also serves as a space for students to work collaboratively, engage in research and develop critical-thinking skills.
Brady has also invested in a “skills library,” also known as FAB LAB. The FAB LAB parts of the library space provide students access to tools and resources to develop practical skills that are not typically taught in a traditional classroom setting.
The skills library includes things like an Epilog Laser Mini Helix, Epson Sublimation Printer, Cricut Maker, Silhouette Cameo 3 and more. These tools allow learners to build their knowledge and use of coding tools and other hands-on project learning materials.
The skills library is an important component at Brady by offering students the opportunity to gain skills essential for success in the modern workforce and in universities and colleges.
